房源预定相关问题
Q1:预定房源以后可以修改吗？
我们会尽力满足您更改房间的需求。但是，是否能更换成功取决于是否有合适的房源空余以及您跟房东或学生公寓方签的合同条款是否允许。关于更改房间的任何需求，都必须第一时间告知房东或学生公寓方。
Q2:在预订过程中，出现的申请费是什么？
用户在申请公寓时，在第一步提交公寓申请表。申请提交成功后，会有指定顾问为您一对一的服务，并针对您选择的国家城市、公寓品牌方等诸多因素，评定综合信息的基础上，双方确认房源，此时需要提交资料，部分公寓需缴纳申请费。
Q3:预订需要支付押金吗？押金何时退还？
根据不同国家的预订公寓要求，部分宿舍在预订过程中是需要支付押金的。
